"Real world" training for the fire service, law enforcement, and all public service entities . We currently offer RIT, FF survival, fireground ops and water rescue classes. We are based in south eastern Wisconsin.

We specialize in ice rescue and teach the White Bear curriculum. Which is proven and recognized by the USCG, industry service providers, fire service, and law enforcement across the country.

First in Trainings’ instructors have been teaching ice rescue to students across the country for over 10 years.
